Pilates is a form of exercise designed to strengthen and condition the body, with a key emphasis on core conditioning. It is great for anyone looking to build strength, support an ongoing injury, injury prevention, build sport specific conditioning or to support a current fitness program.
The classes are run by Lizzie, a qualified Physiotherapist who is trained through The Australian Physio and Pilates Institute (APPI). APPI Pilates is a form of modified Pilates which focuses around rehabilitation, functional strength and sport.
