After the success of last years Silent Disco Yoga, we are back again. This Summer I will be hosting 6 events over July/Aug/Sept on Carlyon Bay, St Austell. Each session will be run twice a month on a Wed evening 6-7pm.
The events will be a perfect post work release and chance to have fun with friends or meet other likeminded locals. To anyone that fancies it, then feel free to join me for a post session dip in the sea :-D
The evening will start at 6pm with fun and energising Silent Disco Yoga session on the beach. Every attendee will be given a silent disco headset, for a fully immersive and unique outdoor Yoga experience. Then for those like me who love the ocean there will of course be an opportunity to take a dip in the sea after the session.
Carlyon has a great selection of food and drinks vendors, so if you are looking to make an evening of it feel free to stay down and enjoy the beach.

- Yoga Mat
- Water
- Comfortable clothes for Yoga

Terms and Conditions:
Entry to the event will require a ticket, which must be purchased before the event.
If for any reason you are unable to attend the event you have up to 7 days to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, no refund will be offer however you have the option to pass your ticket on to a friend. Any change in details from the original purchaser must be emailed over to me lizzie@threezero12.co.uk . A list of all the attendees will be with me at each event, and each individual will need to sign into the event in order to take part in the Yoga.
If for any reason weather conditions are not suitable to run the event on the beach, we will aim to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund where an alternative cannot be sourced.
