Sunrise Yoga (on the beach) - NEW for 2025

Im excited to announce a new class coming to Carlyon Bay this summer. To make the most of the lighter mornings and embracing the outdoors I will be offering a weekly Yoga class on the beach, every Wednesday morning. It will be an early class starting at 7am to enjoy the early morning sun and set ourselves up for the day ahead.

For those who have time and want to join, we will finish the session off by taking a dunk in the sea. Manor Made have also said they will be opening early on a Wed so you can stay and enjoy a coffee after.

Yoga will be run outdoors on the beach in front of the food area, but if for any reason the weather isnt great, I will run it in the covered area by the bar

Tickets are non refundable, so if you are unable to attend please pass it onto a friend
